Development Dimensions International (DDI), an internationally renowned human resource training and consulting company.

While checking the website, just knew I had met the founders/CEO Bill (William) Byham in 2006 at Krannert, Purdue. There was a panel discussion and I also had chance to chat with him in personal about DDI and its development while escorting him to another event. Pretty interesting!
